ABOUT THE ROLE

As a consultant manager, you will be a central part of a growing team where structure, service, and accuracy are crucial. You have an important administrative function and ensure that both consultants and clients receive a professional and smooth experience.

The role involves a particular responsibility for payroll and documentation management, where precision and order are essential for correct compensation and high delivery quality.

Your main tasks include:

  • Management of salaries and contracts
  • Scheduling and staffing planning
  • First contact with new potential consultants
  • Assignment of shifts
  • Ongoing consultant dialogue and follow-up
  • Booking of travel and accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have experience in administrative work, preferably within staffing or recruitment. Education in HR or personnel is an advantage but not a requirement.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Selection is ongoing, and we will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found.

The process begins with a phone interview followed by a personal interview. Final candidates will complete a case as the last step in the process, and references are always checked before employment.

Start: By agreement

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: 08.00–17.00

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Location: Stockholm
