In this role, you will have overall responsibility for coordinating, structuring, and driving the work on backup power with a focus on preparedness within the property sector in a cross-administrative organization.

Our client is facing an increased need to ensure operational reliability in critical properties, linked to a changing global situation. The focus is on enabling backup power for, for example, care and nursing homes, where continuity in operations is crucial.

There is already a cross-administrative working group, but the assignment now requires a dedicated resource who can take a holistic approach and drive the work forward. The role involves coordinating several functions, creating structure, and ensuring progress in an issue that spans both technology, property, and operations.

You will belong to a central function within the organization and work broadly across several operational areas.

The assignment starts in 2026 and initially runs for a longer period, with good opportunities for extension.

• Create structure and planning, as well as coordinate and ensure progress in the work with backup power in the property portfolio.
• Drive investigations related to properties' conditions for backup power.
• Contribute to the development of working methods related to preparedness and continuity planning.
• Coordinate internal and external actors, such as consultants and technical specialists.
• Create structure, planning, and ensure progress in the work with backup power and continuity within the property sector.
• Collaborate with various administrations and stakeholders at a strategic level.
• If necessary, lead or facilitate working groups.

• Experience in project management or coordination in complex organizations.
• Good ability to drive processes forward and create structure in unclear assignments.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience and understanding of properties, technical systems, or infrastructure.
• Very good communication skills.

• Experience from the public sector or municipal operations.
• Background in property, energy, installation, or technical management.
• Experience working with security, preparedness, or continuity planning.
• Previous work in cross-administrative roles.
