HR Specialist at the Payment Authority

Responsibilities and Tasks

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within HR.

Your focus area will be recruitment, where you will independently drive the process from job profile and advertisement design in close collaboration with the hiring manager, to hiring decisions and, if applicable, security vetting. You will be a consultative support to our managers and an important part of conveying our employer brand. You will also handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, archiving, and the release of public documents, as well as possibly some payroll administration. In addition to these tasks, you will support the HR function and gradually grow into a broader HR generalist role.

The role is located in the administrative department, which, in addition to the HR function, is also responsible for purchasing, financial reporting, controller support, archives and registries, administrative support, and facility management including internal services.

We are looking for someone who has

• A degree in HR or another relevant field.
• At least two years of current experience working systematically with the entire recruitment process and using competency-based interview methodology.
• Experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

It is advantageous if you also have

• Experience in recruitment from a government agency.
• Experience conducting security vetting interviews with associated administration.
• Experience in payroll administration.

To succeed and thrive in the role of HR specialist at the Payment Authority, you are self-driven, structured, and flexible. You have good judgment, strong collaboration skills, and are service-oriented.

Other Information

The work location is in Stockholm. The agency is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. Security vetting may be required. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. You may be subject to military placement at the agency.
