This is a temporary position for about 1 year due to parental leave, with a chance for extension. The position is located in central Stockholm with the possibility of remote work.

Your challenge

As a Payroll Administrator at AcadeMedia, your main tasks will include;

• Managing, checking, and correcting employment contracts, terminations, certificates, time reports, travel expenses, absences, and other deviations
• Interpreting collective agreements related to various types of calculations such as payroll, leave, vacation, and holiday calculations
• Contact and reporting to external authorities and actors
• Conducting reconciliations, testing, and follow-up of calculations in the payroll system
• Continuously working with quality assurance and development of processes, routines, and payroll management in general together with your colleagues
• Providing support for employees and managers in the organization via phone and the case management system
• Ongoing contact with employees in the school operations
• Troubleshooting and correcting more complex cases

Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Some years of experience in payroll administration
• An understanding of the entire payroll process
• Experience working with collective agreements

If you also have previous experience in school operations or the systems HR-plus 8 and/or Medvind, we would be especially interested.
