You will step into a strategic assignment with a socially important player in the energy sector, where the IT organization is facing a comprehensive agile transformation journey. Currently, PPS and Pm3 are used in parallel with agile working methods, but without a fully coordinated approach across the entire IT division.

Here, you will play a central role in developing the organization’s working methods, leadership, and collaboration between departments, units, and teams. The assignment suits you if you want to work long-term with organizational and leadership development and thrive in an environment where agile transformation needs to be anchored in both business goals, culture, and structure.

You will operate at a strategic level and contribute with coaching, change management, and training to create a lasting impact on the organization’s agile maturity and value creation.

• Coach and support management teams, middle managers, and other key personnel in agile leadership.
• Analyze current working methods and drive agile strategies and change plans.
• Adapt agile frameworks and methods such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify model to the organization’s needs.
• Lead the change and cultural transformation in the IT organization.
• Identify organizational barriers and facilitate solutions that enhance efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluate and further develop the agile maturity in the organization.
• Train in agile methods, principles, and mindset.
• Conduct courses and share knowledge in forums such as workshops and conferences in the agile field.

• At least 15 years of experience in change management.
• At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated role as an agile coach.
• At least 5 years of experience leading agile change efforts in medium to large organizations (at least 500 employees).
• At least 5 years of experience coaching management teams at the highest level in IT organizations with at least 150 employees in agile working methods.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a manager and in that role been a member of and worked in the top management team for IT organizations with at least 150 employees.
• Experience with at least 3 agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify model.
• At least 15 years of experience in workshop facilitation.
• Experience leading courses and giving lectures at conferences in the agile field. This should have occurred at least five times.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least 2 years of experience as an agile coach in the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in highly classified operations.
