Our client, a central player in heating and cooling for large properties, is now looking for a service manager. Here you will have a key role in a growing company where your ability to create structure and efficiency will be crucial to ensure high-quality service.

About the position

As a service manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the service operations. The goal is to ensure efficient working days for technicians and a professional experience for our client's customers. The role also includes overall office responsibility and contact with external suppliers. You will work alongside three other colleagues in the office, and much of your work will be in collaboration with technicians as well as project managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service visits for technicians.
• Manage incoming service requests and provide administrative support to technicians.
• Act as a superuser in the service system and ensure correct documentation per assignment.
• Have overall office responsibility and ongoing contact with external suppliers.
• Provide support to project managers and technicians.
• Other ad hoc tasks may also occur.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible work style
• Can thrive in a coordinating role with many points of contact
• Is communicative and service-oriented with an independent but collaborative attitude
• Has experience from an administrative role, preferably within service, technology, or customer service
• Has very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good knowledge of Office 365

It is a merit if you have

• Experience from property management, HVAC, or technical service
