About the position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and initially lasts for six months with the possibility of extension. You will collaborate closely with the TA team, HR, and managers in the organization. The team is small, engaged, and characterized by strong trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for all parts of the recruitment process – from startup to signing. You will work closely with hiring managers and act as an advisor and sounding board throughout the process. Depending on the needs of the business, you will set up a sustainable and quality-assured process that holds all the way. Within the recruitment team, it is essential that you are flexible and have the ability to independently drive and coordinate your work.

You will manage several parallel recruitments simultaneously, at different stages, and have a wide range of roles. Work distribution takes place in dialogue with the team, and new processes are added continuously. Furthermore, you will be involved in arranging and representing at various internal and external events.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has work experience in recruitment and managing the entire process from start to finish
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
  • Has completed a post-secondary degree (university/college in a relevant field such as HR, behavioral science, etc.)

It is a merit if you:

  • Have previous experience in internal recruitment

Our recruitment process

We apply continuous selection and will remove the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is requested upon application. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
