About us

You will belong to the procurement unit, which currently consists of five procurement officers, one contract controller, one e-commerce manager, and a manager who also handles procurements. We are a fantastic team that helps each other, has fun, and works to ensure that the municipality's funds go to reputable entrepreneurs.

About the position

The position primarily involves checking invoices, ensuring they comply with contracted agreements, and verifying suppliers.

The position is initially intended for 6 months, but there is a possibility for it to become permanent.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Can read an annual report
• Knows basic economic terms and analyses

As a person, you are meticulous and structured. You work well in a team but can also take responsibility for your own work and ensure that tasks are completed. Furthermore, you are curious and actively seek knowledge in your field. To succeed in this role, you also need to be analytical.
