HR Strateg in the Pension Sector

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the pension sector who is development-oriented and driven by continuous improvements in the area of pensions. About the Department

You will belong to the HR department at the Armed Forces Headquarters, led by the Director of Personnel. The responsibility for pension issues lies with the Employer Strategy Section, which also manages the agency's local collective agreements, wage formation, and employer support. The section is also the Armed Forces' contact point with the Employer Authority. The HR department places great emphasis on working with knowledge enhancement and development in digitalization and AI.

Main Responsibilities

As an HR Strategist, you will:

  • analyze, follow up, and propose changes in the area of pensions
  • develop and propose employer policy guidelines related to pensions
  • manage issues related to pension economics concerning defined benefit pensions
  • be involved in negotiation work, e.g., by identifying change needs and analyzing the effects of proposed changes
  • monitor the Swedish labor market regarding pensions
  • identify, develop, and conduct competence-enhancing initiatives for HR and managers to ensure the organization's competence in the area of pensions and pension economics.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we require that you have:

  • relevant academic degree in e.g., Human Resources, Economics, Law, or other post-secondary education or experience deemed relevant by the employer
  • several years of experience in relevant qualified work regarding collective agreement pensions
  • good knowledge of the Swedish pension system
  • solid experience in the employer role.

Employment type: Permanent, the employment may start with a 6-month probationary period.
Employment degree: Full-time.
Work location: Stockholm (there may be an opportunity to work part-time at another location).
Start date: As soon as possible after agreement.
