About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axel Larsson.

With continuous growth, one of the industry's most comprehensive inventories, and a very solid economy, Axel Larsson offers a very extensive product range of high quality combined with qualified technical advice, where many products are assembled into complete valve packages in their workshop. The headquarters with warehouse and workshop is located in Upplands Väsby just north of Stockholm, with local sales offices throughout Sweden.

Job responsibilities

In the role of finance assistant, you will work broadly with ongoing finance and support the business in daily financial operations. It is a varied role where you handle several parts of the financial flow and play an important role in ensuring that the administrative work runs smoothly and correctly.

You will work closely with the finance manager and contribute to both ongoing work and during year-end closing. This role suits you if you thrive in an operational everyday environment and enjoy having many points of contact.

Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Customer invoicing and management of accounts receivable

  • Accounts payable, including coding and approval flows

  • Registration and follow-up of customer payments

  • Reminder and collection management

  • Ongoing bookkeeping and simpler reconciliations

  • Management of expenses and company cards (e.g., Eurocard)

  • Support during monthly closing

  • Administrative handling related to payroll

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience • At least three years of work experience as a finance assistant • Very good knowledge of the Office suite • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing • Experience with the business system Monitor is an advantage
