We are looking for a Junior Digital Implementation Consultant for an exciting assignment with an international company. You will become part of a team working on implementing and further developing digital solutions for global clients, with a focus on driving change, increasing digital maturity, and creating efficient working methods.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical functions and contribute to the rollout of new digital tools and platforms.

• Support the rollout of a new platform for security services and a self-service portal for global clients

• Support the Product Owner in maintaining and updating training materials and communication regarding new features and portal development

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and training of new digital tools

• Gather business requirements and translate business needs into structured decision-making materials

• Drive improvement initiatives to standardize and scale digital working methods

• Monitor and report progress, risks, and opportunities in the implementation work

• Successful implementation of digital tools and platforms

• Documented and quality-assured business requirements

• Updated training and communication materials

• Efficient and standardized digital processes

• Clear reporting on status, risks, and improvement opportunities

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, digitalization, or IT-related roles

• Experience in implementing or introducing digital solutions

• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements

• Experience working at the intersection of business and IT

• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

• Experience in change management or digital transformation

• Experience in training, onboarding, or user support related to digital tools

• Experience working with global organizations or international stakeholders

• Structured and analytical

• Confident in dialogue with both senior stakeholders and technical teams
