Consultant Manager at Futuria People

We are building a new business within consulting solutions and are looking for someone who wants to be part of it from the start.

This is a role for you who want to take on significant responsibility early on and help build a business from the ground up. You will not enter a ready-made structure but are expected to drive the work forward every day.

Futuria is an authorized staffing and recruitment company with collective agreements, insurance, and occupational pension. Since 2016, we have offered comprehensive solutions in recruitment and were named Recruitment Company of the Year in 2023. We are currently facing an exciting growth phase as we develop our consulting solutions business and continue to build on our way of working to match the right candidates with the right companies.

You will be responsible for matching the right consultants to assignments with our clients and partners. You will drive the entire process from the first contact to the appointed consultant and follow-up.

The role is operational and requires high activity. You will work daily with search, contact candidates, and manage multiple processes simultaneously.

To succeed, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be structured, and have the discipline to continuously follow up on your work.

• Work with incoming assignments from our partners

• Proactive search and contact with consultants via LinkedIn and networks

• Write and publish job postings

• Contact and qualify consultants

• Present candidates for assignments

• Coordinate interviews and dialogue between parties

• Write consultancy agreements

• Follow up on consultants in assignments

• Build your own consultant base over time

• Has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or consulting

• Is used to working with high activity and contacting many candidates

• Has worked operationally with search and candidate dialogue

• Has good structure and follows up on your work systematically

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for your own results

• Structured and meticulous

• Persistent and disciplined

• Fearless in contact with people

• Driven and eager to develop quickly
