We are looking for a Product Owner for the IT department's unit of Digital Services, within the area of Digital Customer Interaction, responsible for the development and management of digital services for Försäkringskassan's customers. We work insight- and design-driven, focusing on enhancing service for Försäkringskassan's customers and meeting Försäkringskassan's goals with digitalization.

Product Owner in the Development of Digital Services

You are employed as a business developer and will work as a Product Owner in the area that develops and manages Försäkringskassan's digital services for individuals and partners. You will be part of one of our agile teams and work within one or more product areas. Daily work is conducted in close collaboration with product-responsible UX designers, developers, and stakeholders. Based on the goals and roadmap for Försäkringskassan's digital customer interaction, you will participate in identifying and prioritizing development initiatives. As a Product Owner, you will create, prioritize, and maintain the backlog and maximize the value for customers and the business of what the team develops. You ensure that prioritization is based on user and business needs, as well as technical requirements. You contribute to ensuring a cohesive user experience in our digital services.

The work involves many contact points within the organization, and you will act as the contact person between the development team and various stakeholders, bridging IT and other business areas during requirement specification and development. You will co-plan and coordinate dependencies and pace in development with other Product Owners. You have the opportunity to further develop in the role of business developer and work broadly within digitalization assignments.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has knowledge and experience in the development of digital services
• has experience with agile working methods and working in agile teams
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• enjoys working in teams and inspiring others, but is also used to working independently.

It is advantageous if you

• have worked with the development of digital services as a Product Owner for various target groups within the public sector
• have certification as a Product Owner
• have knowledge of UX, digital accessibility, and inclusive design
• have a basic understanding of technical solutions and can discuss technical choices
• have experience with and understand the importance of user data and can interpret statistics (e.g., user behaviors).

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
