You will enter an important phase in a municipal urban development project where the regular organization needs to be strengthened with senior expertise. The assignment concerns a complex detailed plan encompassing approximately 220 new homes and associated infrastructure in a transformation area. Several developers are involved, making the role require both strong planning skills and the ability to create progress in an environment with many stakeholders.

You will work in a municipal context focusing on the detailed planning process, project management, and coordination. Here, you will play a central role in driving the work forward, maintaining dialogue between different parties, and contributing structure to a project where collaboration, quality, and results are crucial.

The role is suitable for you who are self-driven, structured, and used to taking responsibility in complex planning assignments. • Drive the work in a complex detailed planning process from the municipality's side.
• Coordinate dialogue and work between several developers, the municipality, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Plan, lead, and follow up activities to ensure progress, quality, and clear structure in the project.
• Contribute to project management and create engagement and collaboration among various stakeholders.
• Manage municipal processes and document flows related to the planning assignment.
• Procure and follow up relevant investigations within the framework of the project.
• Work in the project tool Antura and the planning tool Focus detailed plan.
• Report to the responsible function within the planning operations.
• Support adjacent detailed plans if necessary.

• At least 12 years of experience as a planning architect.
• Experience in driving detailed plans with at least three different involved developers.
• Experience in project management and engaging and coordinating various actors.
• Experience in complex detailed planning in transformation areas with little municipal land ownership.
• Experience in procurement of investigations.
• Experience in municipal processes with document management.
• Experience in the project tool Antura.
• Experience in the planning tool Focus detailed plan.
• You are self-driven, structured, and results-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to undergo and pass a background check.

• Local knowledge and previous experience of working in the relevant municipality.
• Good insight into how the municipality's projects are organized.

• Permanent employment with Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
