About the job

As a business architect, you will work on assignments of varying difficulty where you independently or together with others choose and apply methods that are appropriate based on the nature of the assignment. The job can be adapted based on experience and is suitable for both those with extensive experience and those who want to develop in the field. Regardless of experience, you will work together with other people and carry out tasks in complex contexts. We have a lot of exciting projects ahead, including how the regulation of interoperability in data sharing should be developed and organized effectively and securely in Sweden. In this job, you may work on one of the following:

• Business architecture and information exchange in the public sector
• Continued implementation and management of tactical coordination of infrastructure and digital services
• Continued development and implementation of architectural governance at Digg
• New government assignment to investigate conditions for a connection and innovation center
• Digital identity wallet

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have the following competencies, knowledge, and experience:

Experience and knowledge - requirements

• Documented experience of working with business architecture and information exchange within the public sector from the last five years
• Experience in data modeling, information classification, and information governance
• Experience in conceptual modeling
• Experience in modeling processes and capabilities
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience and knowledge - desirable

• Experience with agile working methods
• Experience in inter-agency collaboration
• Experience in change management

You have an academic education in the IT field, another focus, or experience that the employer deems relevant. It is advantageous to have a certification as a business architect.

About Digg

Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitalization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that help other public actors in their digitalization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to all.

Merger of Digg and PTS

The government has decided to assign Digg and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) to prepare for a merger. The new organization will be in place by January 1, 2027. The aim is to create a strengthened authority for digitalization issues, for example in areas such as secure and accessible digital infrastructure, data, and AI.
