Are you a meticulous and service-oriented payroll specialist with experience in Crona Lön looking for new challenges? We are currently seeking a payroll consultant on behalf of our client for a consulting assignment where you will take full responsibility for the payroll process in a dynamic environment.

As a payroll consultant with our client, you will work independently with the entire payroll chain. You will be a key person in ensuring that salaries are paid correctly and on time, while also acting as a proactive support for both managers and employees.

Responsibilities

In the role of payroll specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll flow and ensure that the process maintains high quality from start to finish. You will work both operationally with payroll administration and advisory towards the organization.

Your main tasks:

• Reporting payroll data, checking discrepancies between payroll runs, and making adjustments before the monthly payroll run.
• Interpreting laws and agreements, pension and insurance issues, as well as reconciling tax and employer contributions.
• Providing support regarding questions about time reporting, travel expenses, statistics, and assisting managers and employees with other payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are a person who loves order and structure, but who is also driven by helping others. You are used to working independently and have a good ability to prioritize your time during intensive payroll weeks.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably as a consultant or in a broad role. Experience with both salaried and hourly employees is a plus.
• You have solid and current experience working with Crona Lön.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
