We are now recruiting for one of our clients in the real estate industry in central Stockholm, an experienced Financial Accountant.

About the role

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and communicative financial accountant for a company that provides services related to the real estate sector. You will be part of a smaller, close-knit team responsible for delivering to a larger commercial client. The role involves acting as a qualified advisor and working closely with both colleagues and clients to ensure a secure, efficient, and professional finance function. The company is in an expansive phase and welcomes you who want to help shape the next steps in its development.

Your responsibilities

As a financial accountant, you will work broadly and be responsible for, among other things:

• Ongoing accounting

• Budgeting, year-end closing, annual reports, group reporting, and declarations

• Client contact and advisory in financial matters

• Investigations and analytical work

• Contributing to improvement work, process development, and automation

• Engaging in the continued growth and culture of the business

Your background

We are looking for someone with solid experience in accounting, preferably from the real estate industry. Experience from an accounting firm is an advantage, and if you have worked in Unit4, that is considered a plus. You are confident in ongoing accounting work and experienced in preparing year-end closings and annual reports. You are comfortable in a client-facing role and thrive in an environment where the pace can vary. Initiative and engagement are highly valued.
