We are looking for an engaged and positive Payroll Administrator to PHM Group, specialists in property management. We seek someone with experience in payroll management and familiarity with all parts of the payroll process, who is not afraid of new systems or routines and enjoys working with change and development. You are accustomed to working with both salaried and hourly wages and various collective agreements.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator for a temporary position in the team in Solna who can help continue to build an internal payroll bureau for the Swedish parent company within the international PHM Group. Through ongoing acquisitions, PHM is a company in constant growth, and the strategy is to centralize the acquired companies' back-office functions, where payroll management is an important part, within 6 months of acquisition.
In addition to integrating local companies into the central payroll bureau model, you will handle everything from time reporting systems and payroll preparation to employer declarations and accounting, as well as reconciliations of payroll-related accounts. You will also work on issuing employer certificates, making reports to authorities, and statistical reporting. Furthermore, you will answer payroll-related questions that arise internally from employees as well as from clients at various companies.
Your profile
We are looking for an engaged and positive employee with experience in payroll management, who is accustomed to working with all parts of the payroll process, has good system skills, and enjoys working with change and development. You are used to working with both salaried and hourly wages and various collective agreements.
You are responsible, meticulous, and meet set deadlines. You are expected to answer questions that arise internally and from employees in a pedagogical and pleasant manner.

Qualifications - At least 10 years of experience in payroll preparation and management - Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the payroll area - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information - Good system skills - Experience in accounting
Meritorious - Experience with Flex HRM

Type of employment: Direct recruitment for a parental leave cover until 2026-12-31
Scope: Full-time
Location: Solna, with work at the office at least 3 days a week
