Do you want to create the best possible everyday life for the residents of Solna?
We are now looking for a quality developer who wants to make a real difference.
About us
At the care administration in Solna city, a major transformation is currently underway – we are developing, collaborating, and finding new ways to provide the elderly and people with disabilities with safer, higher quality, and more individualized care.
In the quality and development staff, we work closely with both our own operations and private providers. We are the link that builds trust, drives improvement, and ensures quality. Our goal is simple: to ensure that the residents of Solna receive the best possible care.
Our offer
With us, you will be part of an organization where your work truly makes a difference. You will have the opportunity to influence an important societal function while working flexibly, with the possibility of remote work two days a week when the operations allow. Solna city offers annual working hours that give you increased freedom to plan your own workday, the possibility of extra vacation days through the exchange of vacation compensation, and a wellness allowance of 3,000 kronor per year.
Here, we work in a culture where ideas are welcomed, initiatives are encouraged, and where you have the space to grow – both in your role and together with your colleagues.
What does the job entail?
You will be part of a team consisting of four quality developers, a qualified investigator, and a team leader. We work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other in both strategic and operational matters.
You will also collaborate closely with other functions in the staff – including MAS, MAR, competence supply, development management, and administrative support – as well as with other staffs and departments within the administration. Together, we form a whole where quality issues, development, and operational support are interconnected, and where we collectively drive improvements for the residents of Solna.
With us, you will have a role where you:
- follow up on contracts and quality
- build relationships with our providers
- lead development work together with engaged colleagues
- are an expert in our operational area and contribute to developing work methods and quality
- investigate cases and analyze results as a basis for political decisions
- engage in dialogue with operations in both internal and external management.
You will join a team characterized by a lack of prestige, knowledge, humor, and a strong desire to do the right things – and do them well.
Who are you?
You have:
- a relevant minimum three-year university degree, such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, health and medical care, economics/management, or other education that we deem equivalent
- at least 5 years of experience in elderly care and/or disability services
- several years of experience working as a manager in a service provider
- extensive experience working with systematic quality work.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- experience in regulatory authority
- experience preparing cases for political committees
- experience in project and change management
- experience in procurement and contracts
- advanced level education in a relevant field.
To succeed in this role, you are meticulous, self-driven, and take initiative within the framework of a large personal responsibility. You are structured, can easily prioritize, and collaborate and cooperate at all levels. You have good pedagogical and communicative skills and can adapt your message to different target groups.
Additionally, you have strong transformative abilities – you see wholes and connections, analyze consequences, translate complex information into clear choices, and create engagement and direction in change work. You also possess good digital skills and system familiarity.
