What will you be working with?
As a service center employee, you are the first to meet the customer when they seek support, have questions, or report an issue in their office. You handle many incoming cases, both together with colleagues and sometimes independently.
Your main tasks include:
- Receiving and responding to incoming cases in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Ensuring available service via email, phone, and case management systems
- Coordinating and publishing local office information on the intranet and in team channels
- Coordinating furniture inventory, reuse, and handling of interior design matters
- Handling quotes, price summaries, and financial documentation
- Independently seeking and using the right information to provide the best possible assistance to the customer
- Other administrative tasks occurring on site
- Actively contributing improvement suggestions to develop our service towards customers and our own operations
Who are you?
You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for office employees and is attentive to customers and their needs. You find solutions to problems, and that’s why we need your creativity and flexibility. You can handle different types of cases under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique situation. You work efficiently and structured, and benefit from it during periods of high tempo. You are a team player who steps up when needed, but also enjoy working independently.
We are looking for you:
- Previous experience in reception work or longer experience in similar tasks within the service industry.
- You are used to having many points of contact and being the spider in the web between colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Your Swedish and English are good in both spoken and written form
- You find it easy to search for and absorb information via the computer and have experience working in various systems and programs
- The work is during weekdays between 08:00-17:00. Your workplace is in the customer’s premises in Stockholm (Kungsholmen)
Meritorious:
- Experience in customer service roles
- Experience from ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Content management of intranet
About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: Full-time 100%
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Probationary period: 6 months
You will be part of a team where we have fun together. Here you will also have close support and collaboration with colleagues and your immediate manager.
