The role includes both recurring tasks and more varied projects. Much of the work consists of fixed responsibilities, while the remaining time can be shaped in dialogue based on the needs of the organization, your experience, and your interests – for example, communication, structuring digital archives, or projects related to international units.
You will work closely with the CEO and management with daily contact and significant responsibility. This means that you will drive tasks independently, follow up as needed, and ensure that things are completed.
Examples of job responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on management meetings, quarterly meetings, and board materials
Manage travel planning, hotel bookings, and international logistics
Support customer events, trade shows, and leadership events

Meritorious:
Previous experience in assistant or coordinator roles
Familiarity with publishing content or working with digital structure

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, finds a way forward, and keeps track even when plans change. You thrive in a role where you need to be both structured and relationship-building and where you often solve issues directly rather than waiting for instructions. You are confident in yourself, can ask questions, and work humbly with both large and small tasks. The pace can be high at times, and to thrive here, you need to be flexible, curious, and eager to develop. The role suits you if you want to grow and see this as a period where you learn a lot and gain new opportunities.
