About the position

The assignment covers approximately 50%, and we hope you can start as soon as possible. It initially extends until August, with the possibility of extension. The role is operational and involves working with the entire payroll process – from start to finish – while being an important contact point for employees and managers in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire payroll process
• Conduct reporting and reconciliations
• Answer incoming questions from the organization via our portal (questions of all kinds related to payroll and HR)
• Ensure accurate and quality-assured deliveries within set deadlines
• Contribute to the improvement and development of routines and working methods

Suitable background

• Very good knowledge of SD Worx – an absolute requirement for the role
• Solid experience working independently with payroll processes
• Used to navigating in a fast-paced environment and managing many contacts
• Experience in labor law and collective agreements is an advantage
