Your everyday life at Greenstep consists of working on assignments for client companies, sparring sessions with your team and your team leader, as well as developing your skills. We believe in community, and that is evident in our everyday life and our way of working. Here is an overview of what your everyday life as an Accounting Specialist may look like:

• You work diversely with various tasks related to your clients' financial management. Our client base is broad and includes everything from startups to international corporations.

• You work in a consultative approach with everything from business analyses, accounting, preparation of interim and annual accounts to tax issues.

• Your job description will emphasize communication, advice, and reporting to the client.

• As an experienced accounting consultant, you are confident in your own skills and enjoy a role where you guide your junior colleagues and help them grow in their work.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance and/or accounting

• We see that you have at least 3-5 years of experience in diverse finance and accounting work

• Previous experience with various systems and an interest in learning new systems, experience with systems such as NetSuite, Fortnox, Capego, and/or Business Central is considered a merit

• Several years of experience in independently preparing interim and annual accounts as well as preparing annual reports, tax calculations, and income tax returns

• Previous experience in a consulting role is an advantage

• The work requires fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English

You have strong self-leadership and actively develop your skills while working in a structured and efficient manner. You enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment and are flexible in your work.
