As a communicator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on communication efforts in close collaboration with the client's operations. You will serve as support to managers and project leaders and contribute expertise in communication for both change initiatives and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement communication strategies and activities
• Produce and adapt content for various channels (web, intranet, social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Support managers and projects in change communication
• Ensure a consistent tone and clear messaging
• Analyze and follow up on communication efforts
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and guidelines within communication

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in qualified communication work
• Relevant academic education in communication, media, or equivalent
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Experience working both strategically and operationally
• Good digital competence and experience working with various publishing tools

Meritorious

• Experience from the public sector or government
• Experience in change communication
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and plain language
• Experience working in projects or cross-functional teams
