About the role:
As a customer service representative at Releasy, you will:
- Represent Releasy and our client Telia - one of Sweden's leading companies in IT and telecommunications.
- Be the customer's first contact via phone. Other communication channels such as chat and email may occur.
- Actively work with sales in every customer meeting by identifying the customer's needs and offering the right solutions.
- Deliver top-class service and always focus on customer satisfaction.
Employment type:
Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Training:
Basic training combined with practical work.
Salary:
Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.
Working hours:
Working hours are varied. Telia's opening hours are between: 08:00-19:00 on weekdays and 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays.
Start:
Training starts on: 2026-05-07, which is also the start date for employment.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English
- Is computer literate and has system competence
- Is communicative and solution-oriented
- Experience in service or sales is an advantage
We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards clear goals and has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and sales. You are communicative and helpful, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions. To succeed in the role, you need to be curious, solution-oriented, and willing to develop as a customer service representative in a dynamic environment.
