On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an internal sales representative for an immediate need. Are you a service-oriented and structured person who thrives in a role close to customers and business? Do you have experience in order management and want to work in a fast-paced technical company? This is a temporary assignment starting immediately, initially for 3 months. The location is in Tumba.

About the role

As an internal sales representative, you play a central role in the daily sales work and serve as an important link between customers, external sales representatives, and internal functions.

You will work operationally to ensure that the order and quote flow runs smoothly and professionally, while also contributing to a high level of service and a good customer experience.

In this role, you will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, handling inquiries about products, prices, and deliveries. You will also support external sales representatives in business processes and collaborate closely with, for example, logistics and purchasing.

The work involves a fast pace with many parallel tasks, which requires structure, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured and service-oriented. You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy working closely with the business, even in an administrative role. You are communicative, responsible, and have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks, which is particularly important as the need is immediate.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in internal sales, customer service, or order management

• Be accustomed to working in business systems and have good administrative skills

• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have a technical interest (meriting)
