Call Center Manager Wanted – Driven, Responsible, and Sales-Focused

We are looking for a driven and responsible Call Center Manager who wants to help develop our sales team. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and are not afraid to pick up the phone yourself and lead by example.

As Call Center Manager, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and monitoring the team's work. You will also actively engage in calls and sales yourself, especially when needed to support the team and drive results.

• Can take responsibility and work independently
• Is skilled at coaching and motivating others
• Has no problem making customer calls personally
