We are looking for an experienced procurement consultant within construction for a longer-term consulting assignment with a public sector organization.

• End date: 2027-07-31
• The assignment is performed remotely.

About the assignment

You will independently be responsible for driving the entire procurement process – from needs and market analysis to a finalized contract. The role involves close collaboration with the business operations and a high degree of personal responsibility for quality, documentation, and execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Needs and market analysis
• Preparation of procurement documents and specifications
• Commercial terms
• Advertising and handling of questions and answers
• Bid evaluation
• Documentation and quality assurance
• Preparation for contract management
• Strategic advice throughout the entire procurement process

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• At least five (5) years of experience in public procurement, where you have primarily been responsible for the entire procurement process.
• Post-secondary education in areas such as procurement, purchasing, law, economics, or other relevant education.
• Experience in leading projects and working independently with overall responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Compulsory requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience where more than 50% of the working time was dedicated to the procurement of construction and contracting services as well as technical consultants.
• Good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, as well as AMA AF 12 and/or AMA AF 21.
• Experience with both general contracting (totalentreprenader) and construction contracting (utförandeentreprenader).
• Experience of having independently conducted at least three advertised procurements according to LOU within the construction sector during the last five years.
