We are now looking for more people who want to work alongside their studies and become part of our customer service team. You will join a dedicated team with a strong sense of community and cohesion, working to ensure that Svensk Fastighetsförmedling has the most satisfied customers on the market.

About the role
In this role, you work part-time, for at least 40 hours per month (one day a week). The working hours are flexible during daytime on weekdays, allowing you to combine this well with your studies. The role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm. The position is office-based with standard office hours. You report to the Head of Customer Service.

As a Meeting Booker, you are the first point of contact for future property sellers and potential buyers. Your main task is to contact potential customers via phone, book meetings for our real estate agents, and position Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice on the market.

Requirements

• Experience using the phone as a primary work tool, e.g., in customer service.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• You have at least one year left of your studies.

• You are available to work at least 40 hours per month.

• Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus.
