We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented student to join a company within the healthcare industry. You will work on-site with corporate clients in a varied role that combines service, practical work, and independent responsibility.
About the role
We are seeking a student who, as needed, would like to become part of an event team within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for preparing and transporting materials to corporate clients, welcoming visitors, supporting the event, and handling and restoring materials after the assignment is completed.
Responsibilities
- Pack materials for sampling events
- Transport and set up equipment at the corporate client's site
- Receive clients and provide on-site information
- Responsible for centrifuging and packing blood samples
- Return transport and restoration of materials to the warehouse
We are looking for someone who
- Is currently studying at a university or college and has at least 1 year of studies remaining
- Has experience in service-oriented work with significant physical customer contact
- Has good communication skills and is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Is flexible and enjoys working in different environments
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience working with logistics, events, or healthcare
Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-study.

Other details:
- The first events will take place on September 1st, September 16th, and September 23rd.
