Who are you?

Experience in sales and/or telephone work is advantageous. This applies to all forms of telemarketing, B2B sales, appointment setting, and other roles involving customer contact.
Experience from the staffing industry is particularly advantageous.
Fluent Swedish and good computer skills are required.
The Role:
You will work in the appointment booking team. Here, we contact companies across the country, large and small, with the aim of scheduling meetings with relevant decision-makers for our client. We reach out to both private and public sector companies via phone and email. All meetings we book are scheduled for a local salesperson working for our client. You will maintain ongoing contact and build relationships with local salespeople in various locations, acting as the central hub in the network.

You will be working with the company's largest client, which is the leading player in senior staffing – a rapidly growing industry. More and more companies are realizing the value of getting help from experienced, local retirees who can contribute from day one.
What we can offer you:
- A fixed salary for a solid base security, plus a variable salary based on monthly results (measured by the number of meetings booked).
- Training in areas such as appointment setting, staffing, and sales.
- Height-adjustable desk, laptop, extra monitors, headset, and all other equipment you might need.
- Regular team activities every other month, including restaurant visits, Christmas parties, after-work events at the office or around town, and an annual overseas trip. Participation is voluntary and outside of working hours. Every autumn, we host a conference where all clients are invited (the last event had approx. 50 participants).
The Workplace:
We have a large, open two-story office of over 300 sqm, just a stone's throw from Sundbyberg Station. You will have your space in airy premises designed for the best possible well-being. Good transport links make it easy to commute to and from the office. Parking is available.
