About the role

As a sales representative with us, you drive the business all the way – from first contact to completed deal. You are responsible for both existing customers and new business development, with your own budget responsibility.

You work closely with our specialists in project management, design, and sales support – experts in areas such as intrusion alarms, access control, fire alarms, CCTV, and locks. Together, we deliver high-quality solutions with a strong customer focus.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
• Identify and process new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct needs analyses and prepare specifications
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals

You will be based at our office in Västberga, Stockholm.

Who are you?

You are driven by business and enjoy creating value for customers. Experience from selling security solutions (e.g., alarms, access systems, locks, or fire protection) is an advantage.

• Have an established network or good ability to build relationships
• Have documented good sales results
• Are motivated by reaching – and preferably exceeding – your goals
• Have a business focus and consider profitability in every deal

As a person, you are social, communicative, and energetic. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help develop our offers and customer propositions.

Other requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Clean background check (including criminal record)
