PostNord Sweden is now recruiting a Marketing Strategist whose main focus is to define goals and strategy for the brand and to monitor key figures related to the brand's position and development in the market. PostNord is in an exciting position – we have a strong market position but we still have much left to develop and improve. You, us, and the job
In the role of Marketing Strategist, you will belong to the Brand and Marketing team, consisting of approximately 10 colleagues within different areas of expertise. You are responsible for ensuring that the marketing strategy is relevant based on various data-driven insights from Brand Tracker, Marketing Mix Modeling, and other sources. You will analyze the brand's position in the market and provide input to business planning, budgeting, and strategy. You will prepare an annual marketing and communication plan. Together with the Insight Manager, you will compile and present Brand Performance against set goals quarterly. In collaboration with the Brand Manager, you will ensure the right guidelines and frameworks for consistent and coherent communication and tone. The Marketing Strategist reports to the Marketing Director, and your workplace is our unique headquarters, Arken, in Solna.

- Define and develop an overarching strategy to ensure brand communication aligns with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze brand awareness, perception, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure uniform tone and positioning in external communication.
- Conduct target group and market analyses to identify needs and trends.
- Be responsible for long-term planning of brand-building activities.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen the brand and its market position.
Who you are
- Analytical and data-oriented: you are accustomed to turning data and insights into strategic and tactical campaigns.
- Detail-oriented: you enjoy diving deep into analyses and looking at how we can best calibrate different variables to achieve the best effect.
- Collaborative: you handle collaboration with many different partners and dependencies in your work effectively.
- Confident and stable: you are completely comfortable presenting to larger groups and arguing for various initiatives and decisions with senior stakeholders.
- You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
What you bring with you
- An academic degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent documented diploma education in Brand Management.
- At least 10 years of experience as a brand strategist at an agency or in larger companies with complex structures.
- Extensive knowledge of modern brand strategic models.
- Previous experience in analyzing data regarding the brand's position and performance over time.
- Extensive experience in developing marketing strategies for complex operations.
- Previous experience in work environments with a growth focus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 at a high level.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
