The procurement organization at Försäkringskassan includes procurement, purchasing analysis, electronic commerce, and travel management. Geographically, we are located in Stockholm, Sundsvall, Arvidsjaur, Östersund, Ystad, and Umeå. The operational area consists of 31 people. You will belong to the procurement unit where 19 buyers currently work with all of the agency's procurements and orders. Försäkringskassan has several locations across the country, and much of the collaboration takes place digitally.

Procurement Officer for Goods and Services

As a procurement officer at Försäkringskassan, you will work broadly, which means a varied job that provides good insight into the agency's different operational areas. You support the operations regarding applicable laws and purchasing routines to provide the agency's employees with the best possible support so that Försäkringskassan can conduct effective and sustainable business in procurements and orders.

To succeed in this role, you enjoy collaborating as you ensure that business acumen and good relationships are maintained with internal and external contacts. You should be able to communicate confidently, expressing yourself very well in Swedish both orally and in writing. You need to work in a structured manner and be able to manage several projects simultaneously. The agency's areas of need are divided into purchasing categories for which you, as a procurement officer, have overall responsibility for one or more categories. The work is conducted in accordance with laws and the agency's processes.

Your personal qualities are very important to us, and we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. An important part is that you are security-conscious, confident, and analytical as you will handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a degree from a university or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • has good knowledge of LOU (the Public Procurement Act)
  • has very good communication skills in Swedish both orally and in writing, and good knowledge of English
  • has very good administrative skills and experience using administrative IT systems
  • acts proactively on their own initiative and takes responsibility for results
  • is service-oriented and used to working with the customer in focus
  • is structured, has good judgment, and possesses strong analytical skills
  • can work consultatively and independently, creating contact and trust.

It is advantageous if you

  • have several years of experience in practical purchasing or procurement work
  • have experience in procuring IT products and IT services
  • have experience in procuring within the area of physical security
  • have experience in procuring services and goods
  • have experience in procuring consulting services
  • have experience in classified procurements
  • have experience in following up on procurements in the defense and security area
  • have practical experience working with category responsibility
  • have practical experience in project management and process-oriented work.

Other

Two positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the work allows. Travel may occur in the position but can be planned. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Place of employment: Stockholm, Hägersten.
