We are now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who wants to play a key role in our continued expansion. Here you will have the chance to work with some of the largest and most well-known companies in the Nordics – while being part of a culture where we are always #inittogether.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a crucial part of Oneflow's growth journey. You will drive complex deals with large organizations, often involving multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles. The role requires you to navigate strategic processes, build strong relationships at the C-level, and position Oneflow as a business-critical solution. You will thrive with us if you:
- want to work on establishing and growing relationships with larger organizations in the Nordics and internationally
- have a strategic approach to sales and are eager to develop your ability to drive complex deals, even if you do not have extensive experience
- enjoy influencing both business and culture in a fast-growing company
Primary responsibilities
In this role, you are expected to:
- work strategically with account planning for a selection of target accounts
- drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at various levels, and develop your experience with C-level contacts
- lead and coordinate internal resources in deals (marketing, pre-sales, product, legal, partner, etc.)
- contribute best practices to the sales team and help your colleagues succeed

About you
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
- experience or strong results in B2B sales, and an interest in growing within the enterprise segment
- comfort in interacting with decision-makers and a desire to develop your ability to influence at a high level
- the ability to create structure and long-term plans for target accounts, with support from the team
- fluent Swedish and English – additional languages are a plus
- a “trusted advisor” attitude and a passion for understanding the customer's business
Relevant higher education is a plus, but experience and results weigh heavier.
