Job Information

As a salesperson, you will work with consultative sales to private customers who have already shown interest in the company's products and services. The role involves responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the completed deal. Sales are primarily conducted via phone and digital meetings, and you will work closely with a team of other salespeople in a goal-oriented environment.

The position suits you who is motivated by clear goals, wants to influence your own salary, and thrives in a commercial role with significant personal responsibility.



Responsibilities

In the role of inside salesperson, you will among other things:

  • Contact and follow up on warm leads and existing customers
  • Conduct needs analyses and present tailored energy solutions
  • Drive deals from the first dialogue to signed agreement
  • Work structured towards individual and common sales goals
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the team's overall results

We are looking for someone who
  • Has previous sales experience, preferably via phone or digital meetings
  • Is business-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Has good communication skills and a professional customer approach
  • Works independently but thrives in a fast-paced team
  • Is goal-oriented, structured, and wants to develop long-term in sales
