About the Role

As an SCM Coordinator, you play a central role in bridging sales, logistics, and headquarters. You are responsible for optimizing the flow of goods through accurate forecasts and data-driven analysis. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking and operational execution in a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly.

Job Responsibilities

Commercial Partnership and Demand Planning (S&OP)

• Drive the forecast: Own, drive, and manage the forecast by analyzing the market, delivery situation, and channel PSI (customer sales and inventory data). Ensure the highest accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze and act: Analyze and report on customers' sold-out sales, channel inventory, and sales trends. Highlight gaps and opportunities, actively working with commercial teams on strategies to close the gap.
• Commercial coordination: Monitor weekly and monthly sales progress towards achieving sales targets in close collaboration with the sales team, SCM manager, and logistics team.
• Continuous improvement: Regularly measure related KPIs and anticipate bias, continuously improving work methods, tools, and systems to meet goals.
• Supply chain execution and data management
• Inventory and purchasing strategy: Manage inventory and purchases based on product lifecycle.
• Be responsible for purchasing with a focus on the right quantity, right timing, while optimizing inventory and aging in stock.
• Global communication: Responsible for communication with headquarters (e.g., reporting weekly sales deviations, demand change status, and production confirmation).
• System maintenance: Update forecasts in the system and maintain data integrity for both short- and long-term planning. Ensure to retain frozen weeks.

Your Profile

• Preferably a degree in business administration, commerce, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., demand planning, S&OP, commercial supply chain), preferably experience within electronics and FMCG.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (crucial for data analysis and modeling).
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
