WHAT

As a Business Controller, you will work closely with the business and have significant responsibility for developing the area you are responsible for. The work involves analyzing large data sets and strategically planning, driving, and developing the business in close collaboration with business managers and operations managers. Unilabs is an international and dynamic organization where you will have the opportunity to influence and grow in your professional role as a close business partner to the operations. You will be part of an engaged controller team and report to the Head of Finance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant university degree (Business Administration or equivalent) and substantial work experience in qualified controller tasks for at least 5–7 years.
• Is highly business-driven, proactive, and accustomed to taking personal responsibility.
• Has good experience in creating and improving follow-up, analysis, and processes (e.g., budgeting and forecasting processes).
• Has excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and is experienced in handling KPIs and large data sets.
• Has very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• Has experience working with various analysis tools, preferably Power BI.
• Has good knowledge of accounting.

We are located in beautiful and modern premises at our headquarters in Solna, together with around 30 colleagues from various functions such as management, finance, HR, sales, communication & Legal. The headquarters is adjacent to one of our larger labs.
