About the assignment

We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an administrator to the controller for the innovation agency Vinnova in Stockholm.

As a controller, you will primarily work to ensure accurate and efficient accounting and reporting of the EU's partnership programs, especially projects related to metals and minerals.

You will work closely with project managers and other internal functions to follow up, report, and ensure the quality of the finances in our EU-funded initiatives. The role also includes work with financial follow-up, project accounting, collaboration, audits, and reviews. As a controller, you may also conduct training and information meetings together with other colleagues in the EU projects as needed.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is good at collaborating with others. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have a good sense of service.

Requirements for the position

• Relevant academic education
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
• At least one (1) year of experience in financial work related to EU projects
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in giving presentations.

Desirable qualifications for the position

• Experience with Unit4 ERP
• At least two years of experience in financial work related to EU projects.

Assignment period and scope 

The assignment is full-time with immediate start and lasts for about 2 years, with the possibility of extension. The work location is at the client's office in Stockholm, with some remote work possible.
