Starfinder is looking for a driven and car-savvy individual for the sales support team at KGK/Autoexperten. If you have experience in the automotive industry and with spare parts, we want to hear from you!

As part of the sales department, you will work with customer support for spare parts and accessories for trucks and agricultural vehicles. This means you will assist dealers and workshops with spare parts and accessories-related inquiries. Together, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Using our case management system to handle and resolve support cases.
• Helping workshops find parts in the system and spare parts catalogs and managing other inquiries.
• Managing the email inbox and responding to incoming cases.
• Performing other administrative tasks and routines in the department.

The position is based in northern Stockholm.

Your profile:

• Good automotive knowledge and an interest in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with spare parts and accessories; experience from the heavy side is highly meritorious.
• Ability to work systematically with case management systems and email.
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Application:

In this role, you will be employed by Starfinder, and the position entails full-time employment starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder, along with a consultant manager who will support you.
