Junior Recruiter at Saleshub
Saleshub is a modern and innovative recruitment company specializing in sales. We help companies find the right talents for all types of sales roles, from appointment setters and real estate agents to experienced salespeople and sales managers.
We are now looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who wants to take the next step in their career. Perhaps you have worked as a salesperson yourself and feel that you want to use your experience in a new way, by helping companies find and recruit truly skilled salespeople.
What makes us unique:
- We include a one-year sales training program in every recruitment
- We have Sweden's largest network of salespeople and sales managers with over 100,000 contacts
- We offer a delivery guarantee – if we do not find the right candidate, the customer gets their money back
Behind Saleshub is Mikael Arndt, one of Europe's most sought-after speakers on sales with over 90,000 followers on social media. This gives us a strong position in the market and unique credibility with both candidates and clients. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a driven Junior Recruiter who wants to help build the future of sales recruitment with us.

- Schedule interviews with clients
- Send tests to candidates
- Manage applications in our recruitment system
You will work with recruitment processes in Sweden, the Nordic countries, and internationally, which means you need to be comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
The position involves working from our office on Sveavägen in Stockholm and offers a combination of fixed salary and a performance-based variable component, where you have good opportunities to influence both your salary and your development.
