About the job
Your tasks will be to act as a controller for some of the IT department's units. You will support unit management in budget and forecasting work and work with follow-up from both a financial perspective and an IT operations perspective. You will participate in the preparation of reports for the IT department's management team and collaborate closely with the department controller. Based on available data, your own knowledge, and experience, you will conduct analyses and provide recommendations.
You will work very closely with other controllers within the IT department as well as within the IT development portfolios.
You have great freedom to independently organize your work in collaboration with other controllers. We strive for a balance between work and leisure.

You will be organizationally part of the Staff Unit in the IT department, located in Sundbyberg.
About you

In this job, you should:

- be fluent in spoken and written Swedish
You should also have:
- several years of relevant and current experience working as a financial and/or portfolio controller
- a completed university education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS in economics or another education deemed suitable by the employer
- good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- very good knowledge of Excel.
Experience in controlling work for an IT department is desirable. Experience with Mercur is also desirable.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and starts with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
