We are looking for a senior consultant in personal security and physical security for a qualified assignment in a critical societal operation. The assignment involves strengthening the operational security function in an organization that is undergoing significant development and where the threat landscape has become more complex.

In this role, you will work closely with the organization's security function and contribute to planning, implementing, and following up on operational measures within the personal security area. The assignment includes both practical security work and the development of methods, routines, and technical security solutions.

You will play a central role in supporting the organization in security-related matters and contribute to a safe and effective handling of security incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational risk assessments related to location, activity, or emerging situations

• Provide support to the organization before and during work in risk environments and offer advice during security incidents

• Participate in incident follow-ups and contribute with analysis and proposals for measures

• Ensure that technical personal security solutions such as personal alarms and other alarm functions operate according to established requirements

• Support the introduction of new security solutions and further development of existing systems in collaboration with contractors and internal functions

• Conduct site visits and inspections in the organization to ensure compliance with security requirements and routines

• Develop and implement operational routines and instructions within the personal security area

• Support the organization in matters related to reception, conflict management, and handling threatening situations

• Document actions taken, risk assessments, and incidents, and ensure proper record-keeping

• Report status, deviations, and improvement needs to the security function

• Collaborate with internal functions, field operations, and external actors on security-related issues

• Participate in internal meetings and collaboration forums and contribute to the coordination of security measures

Requirements for the position:

• At least 10 years of experience in security protection issues within the last 15 years

• At least 5 years of experience in operational work within personal security, physical security, or related security areas within the last 8 years

• At least 3 years of experience in operational risk assessments related to security or personal security and implementation of personal security solutions

• At least 5 years of experience in handling or following up on security incidents

• Experience collaborating with organizations, contractors, or external actors on security issues under SUA agreements

• At least 5 years of documented experience working in government operations

• Documented experience working as a manager in security protection, or having held the role of security manager or security protection manager

• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• At least 4 years of experience working in the energy sector in Sweden

• At least 4 years of experience related to the Security Protection Act (2018:585)
