Customer Service Representatives Wanted
We are now looking for new customer service representatives on behalf of our client.
The company is one of the largest telecommunications operators in Sweden. You will work directly for the client in a well-organized company with a focus on service and quality. You will be part of a team with a good team spirit and a focus on quality and customer service.
You will work in the customer service department, whose main task is to assist customers with questions about their subscriptions. You will receive thorough training on the company's products and services to best assist the customers.
Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Salary according to collective agreement.
We are looking for:
- Individuals with good service skills and a desire to help people
- Social individuals who enjoy contacting others
- Team players who find it easy to collaborate with others
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 months of previous experience in customer service roles.
