About the position

Perido is looking for a Billing Specialist for an exciting assignment at our client's office in Solna. The client company offers a variety of communication services and contributes every day to shaping the digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services play a crucial role in addressing current and future societal and environmental challenges.

Your responsibilities

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that supplier and customer invoices are handled correctly and on time. You will actively work with invoicing flows in various systems and maintain ongoing contact with internal functions and external partners regarding invoice distribution and related processes. The role involves close collaboration with the warehouse, finance department, and other parts of the organization to ensure efficient delivery and invoicing flows.

Your daily tasks will revolve around:

• Managing supplier invoices in Visma, BIS, and Rillion
• Collaborating with the warehouse regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Coordinating partial deliveries, joint deliveries, and invoicing
• Ensuring that orders are complete before customer invoices are sent
• Working with manual invoices and credit invoices according to established approval flows
• Posting revenues and sending invoice files to Intrum and, if necessary, other parties
• Managing contact regarding invoice files, invoice distribution, and invoice templates
• Preparing accrual documentation for monthly closing
• Working with internal controls related to orders and invoicing

In addition, you will participate in or drive initiatives to improve invoicing processes, streamline workflows, and contribute to increased automation in the systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in invoicing or financial administration
• Experience with Visma or similar ERP and invoicing systems
• Good understanding of financial processes and high accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
