The company was founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs with a clear vision to make energy use smarter and more profitable. Since its inception, the business has grown rapidly and evolved from charging box solutions to also offering smart battery solutions and energy systems connected to solar energy. By working with several leading suppliers, the company can tailor solutions based on customer needs, making them a strong player in an industry where demand is increasing rapidly.

The team currently consists of an engaged group of salespeople in both B2C and B2B who together drive the company forward, with a clear entrepreneurial spirit and a strong focus on development. More information about the client will be provided upon personal contact.

About the Role

As a salesperson, you will work on selling energy solutions to customers who want to optimize their energy use.

You will:

• Conduct new customer outreach with some warm leads
• Present battery and energy storage solutions that truly facilitate for your customers
• Prepare quotes and follow the business all the way to closure
• Create security and trust with customers.

The deals are often larger investments, which means you work consultatively and help customers make the right decisions regarding their energy solution. In most cases, this is something that customers really want; you mostly need to ensure they want to go with you. The ability to customize the service allows you to do that. You work closely with colleagues and management and always have support from the team in business matters.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, a fast pace, and working in a team where everyone is driven and wants to achieve set goals. You thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and where performance, development, and team spirit go hand in hand.

We believe you have:

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience
• Experience working towards goals
• Ability to create trust with customers
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Competitive but also a team player
• Positive and full of energy
• Motivated to develop and achieve results.
