We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants to help develop our customer relationships and strengthen our distribution within the grocery trade. In this role, you will work closely with our sales manager and our district sales representatives to develop customers, analyze sales, and drive the distribution of our focus products in line with Gajane's business plan.
The position is part-time at 50% with preliminary working hours from 09:00 to 13:00, or as agreed.
Inside Sales Representative Stockholm
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your customers in line with Gajane's business plan and sales strategy.
- Actively work with sales and distribution of the company's focus products.
- Work data-driven with follow-up on sales, distribution, and KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Follow up on budgets and forecasts and analyze results together with the sales manager.
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships within the district.
- Ensure effective handling of returns and deliveries according to the company's guidelines.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably from larger companies.
- Is accustomed to developing and managing customer relationships.
- Has a good understanding of sales strategy and business plans.
- Has a high school education in economics or commerce.
- Is comfortable with systems and data-driven work.
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
Meritorious:
- Experience from the tobacco category
- Experience working with KPIs and sales analysis
- Experience in distribution within the grocery trade
- Experience with budget work and forecast follow-up
- Experience in sales within grocery/retail
