About the position
Läkarleasing is a well-established staffing company in healthcare, founded in 2005, and is today one of Sweden's leading players in doctor and healthcare staffing. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and relationships, Läkarleasing works to create a sustainable and flexible healthcare system – for both providers and healthcare personnel.
They are currently in the startup phase of their social worker staffing and are therefore looking for a consultant manager who wants to contribute to the development of this business area. As a consultant manager, you will have a central role in matching social workers with assignments in municipalities and private organizations. You contribute to creating stability, quality, and continuity in operations that work with people in need of support. Läkarleasing is located in newly renovated and pleasant offices in central Stockholm and expects you to enjoy working from the office.
In the role of consultant manager, you are responsible for the entire staffing process – from the first contact to the completed assignment.

Job responsibilities
- Staffing and recruitment: Responsible for the entire consultant process by recruiting, processing, and maintaining ongoing dialogue with both new and existing social worker consultants, primarily via phone and LinkedIn, as well as ensuring quality, follow-up, and long-term relationships.
- Competence matching: Match the consultants' skills, experience, and wishes with the right assignments and work advisory and solution-oriented in the dialogue to create sustainable and accurate placements.
- Relationship building: Have daily contact with customers in the public and private sectors, such as municipal social services and other welfare organizations, where you build relationships and act as a strategic partner in competence supply issues.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least one year of experience in social worker staffing or is a social worker by background
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it will be used in daily work
- Is motivated by clear goals and personal development
- Thrives in an open office environment and in close collaboration with colleagues
