On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a rental administrator who wants to be part of a close-knit and helpful team. This is a role for you who enjoy working with customers in combination with clear administrative tasks and who wants to contribute to creating a smooth and professional experience for tenants.

About the role

As a rental administrator, you will work in a role that combines customer service and administration. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, supporting them with questions regarding contracts, available spaces, and terminations. The job also involves greater responsibility for administrative follow-up, reports, and monitoring.

Your tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Creating new contracts and administering terminations
• Preparing documentation for the finance department
• Monitoring occupancy rates in facilities
• Reporting changes and discrepancies
• Working proactively and contributing to improvements in work methods and routines

The position is a consulting solution for at least six months.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service or administration who wants to take on a role with a greater focus on contract management. You enjoy interacting with customers and are comfortable communicating via both phone and email. You have preferably handled contracts before and are used to working in various systems.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and administration
• Experience in handling contracts in customer contact
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and comfort in working in various systems
• Knowledge of the Office suite is an advantage
