We are looking for a driven Sales Assistant for our FALCONERI store in the heart of Stockholm at Sturegallerian. The premium brand Falconeri, together with Calzedonia and Intimissimi, is part of the global fashion group Oniverse's presence in the Swedish market. Falconeri specializes in the production of the highest quality cashmere garments and is therefore looking for someone with an interest in sophisticated design, luxury, and personal service to take on this challenge. As a Sales Assistant, you will have a central role and be responsible for the overall store experience for each customer. With enthusiasm and inspiration, you present yourself and create unique shopping experiences. We are looking for someone who is open and forward-thinking with a strong desire to learn and develop. Working with people is a natural choice for you, and in the team, you are a true team player. You are also goal-oriented and actively develop sales while supporting our customers with your expertise.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing, positive, goal-oriented, and loves meeting new people
• Is curious and strives to become a strong and trustworthy salesperson, motivated by working towards goals
• Has a genuine sense of service and strives to create a luxurious experience for the customer and is professional
• Has extensive knowledge of fashion and seasonal trends and is confident in engaging and styling customers
• Has good communication skills and presents themselves professionally and authentically with both customers and colleagues
• Is flexible and can work part-time (20 hours) on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
